Rachel - Founder / Creative Director
Rachel founded R V Productions with a passion for creating films that feel natural, engaging and true to each client.
With a strong eye for storytelling and detail, she leads the creative direction of every project, working closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life on screen. Her approach is calm, collaborative and focused on making the entire process feel enjoyable and straightforward.
Joe - Strategy Director
Joe brings a strong commercial and strategic background to R V Productions, based on his background with Purebroadband.
With experience in business growth, marketing, finance and customer engagement, he works closely with clients to ensure video content isn’t just visually strong, but aligned with real business goals. His focus is on helping clients use video consistently and effectively as part of their wider marketing strategy.
Lee - Operations Director
Lee oversees operations at R V Productions, ensuring every project runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.
With a particular expertise in sound and audio, he plays a key role in maintaining the quality and professionalism of every production. Combined with his strong organisational skills, Lee ensures each project is delivered efficiently, on time and to a consistently high standard.
